Return & Refund Policy

At Vianya Florals, we take great care to ensure your flowers and gifts arrive fresh, beautifully arranged, and on time. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are handled with special care.

Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that your flowers will be fresh and of the highest quality when they leave our store. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers upon delivery, please notify us immediately.

Flowers & Floral Arrangements

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered and accepted.
  • If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
  • Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Perfumes, Jewellery & Cakes

Please note that perfumes, jewellery, and cakes are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the rare case they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect perfume, jewellery item, or cake, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item. Refunds are not issued for perfumes, jewellery, or cakes.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused (where applicable), in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once prepared or dispatched.
  • Approved refunds for eligible floral products or cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • The delivery is delayed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
  • The recipient refuses the delivery without valid reason.
  • Perfumes, jewellery, or cakes have been opened, used, consumed, or are not in original condition and packaging.
